Add Your Stem Cell Clinic

Please use the following form to add your stem cell clinic to our directory which will appear in our stem cell clinic directory (not currently published).

Instructions – Submit your clinic or research center information in the form below. Please be sure to include your specialty in the organization description field, if none then choose “General” from the category drop down.  After submission your information will be confirmed at which time we will approve your listing and it will appear on our “Stem Cell Clinic Directory” page which will be published in early March 2011.
